Rich people and secret groups can dump unlimited money into political campaigns without telling us who they are. This is called dark money. Thanks to court cases like Citizens United and McCutcheon, it’s legal.

A shady group spends millions hyping up a candidate. No receipts, no donor names. That politician wins — and later gives them tax breaks, contracts, favors.

It’s legalized bribery, plain and simple.

💡 What’s the Fix?

A law called the DISCLOSE Act would:

• ✅ Make big donors show their names
• ✅ Force political ads to say who paid for them
• ✅ Ban foreign money from U.S. elections
• ✅ Create paper trails for big spending

🔧 But That’s Not Enough

We need to go harder:

• 🚫 No anonymous donations. Ever.
• 🧾 Every dollar must have a name and source.
• ❌ Break the rules? You're off the ballot.
• 👋 Caught taking secret cash? You're out of office.
